WORKTOPS

These days there is a huge selection of different worktops available for your new kitchen. We will talk you through the various options to help you understand the right worktop for you. Different worktops have different pros and cons but there is something to suit every taste and every budget. Here are just some of the worktops that we regularly use:

Granite
Very hard wearing and as a natural product, the natural variation in the material is one of the attractions.
Quartz (Composite)
A highly durable worksurface; Quartz is classed as a 'sealed' product so very resistant to stains.
Dekton
An ultra-compact product from Cosentino. Scratch-proof, heat-proof and virtually indestructible!
Timber/Wood
Oak, Walnut, Maple, Iroko - there are so many to choose from. Timber worktops add natural warmth to any kitchen.
Corian/Acrylic
Beautifully modern worksurfaces with the unique ability to be seamless. Plus the added benefit of moulded sinks for a crisp, contemporary look.
Laminate
Laminate worktops have come on leaps and bounds in the last 15 years or so. Much-maligned, but when used in the right way, they can look fantastic.
