We’re delighted with our Britannia Design kitchen. The design process was excellent. Britannia took plenty of time to understand our requirements and talk us through various options. We never felt pressured to upgrade or opt for expensive extras. Instead, the pros and cons of each choice were discussed openly, which guided our decisions.
The final design struck a great balance between our wishes and our budget. Overall, it was a genuinely positive experience.
The installation went smoothly as well. We needed to coordinate fitting the kitchen with our builders, and Britannia managed this seamlessly. As the kitchen came together, any small issues were sorted promptly, which we really appreciated. While building an extension and new kitchen is never entirely stress-free, Britannia made the process much more manageable.
What truly made the difference at every stage was the team, who were a pleasure to deal with throughout.

Absolutely thrilled with everything ,from walking into the showroom for the first time through to the completed kitchen. Barnaby came to our house to see our kitchen for himself and gave us some really creative ideas. Once we agreed a start date Kat oversaw the project from beginning to end. Our fitter was Micheal, absolute perfectionist and a lovely guy. The quality of units, appliances and worktops are of superb quality. Another thing that really impressed us was everyone turned up when they said they would (something quite rare these days). All in all we’re over the moon with the transformation of our kitchen . Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I would not hesitate to recommend Britannia Design. We had a brilliant experience with our new kitchen. The whole team work together seamlessly. Barnaby's design was great, suggesting things we hadn't thought of and he was absolutely right in all cases. We were able to relax knowing that Kat stayed on top of the organisation, and importantly the communications. Last but not least Paul and Mike were able to make the design a reality. Thank you all.

I have just had my kitchen installed by Brittania Design. I am more than delighted with my new kitchen. From my initial meeting with Barnaby I knew that I wanted Brittania. Barnaby was as much invested in my kitchen as I was, he helped me to envisage things that I had never thought of . His attention to detail, the layout and how the kitchen would flow was outstanding. I never thought that I would want a small island , but Barnaby showed me how it would work within the kitchen and now it is one of the things I most love.
The process is seamless, Kat is a fantastic project manager , very calm and organised and very approachable. Paul who installed the kitchen again was very professional and approachable.
Brittania are a very polished team , you are not just another customer, they are as much invested in your project as you are and your final outcome is reflected by this.

What an amazing kitchen transformation, we can’t thank Britannia Design enough! From the moment we met Barnaby and he showed us his design, we knew we had found the kitchen company for us. Barnaby’s passion and attention to detail were second to none and continued throughout the build. Mike & Paul were a pleasure to have in our house during the installation, they were perfectionists and with their 1st class craftsmanship and the quality of the cabinets they have created our dream high end kitchen and we could not be happier. The build ran to schedule thanks to Kat and her project managing, nothing was ever too much for her to organise or arrange. We would highly recommend Britannia Design.

We are so happy with our new kitchen and family area designed and installed by Britannia Kitchens. We shopped around a little before going to Britannia, and in comparison Britannia were streets ahead. Barnaby the manager was amazing, he gave us plenty of time to explore all options, even if some were quite ridiculous! His attention to detail had just the right balance. There was never a feeling of ‘not yet another design’. He was very hands on throughout. Kat managed the install and was very organised, helpful and lovely to deal with.
Then we had their two multi skilled installers, Mike and Paul, who did a great job in bringing the designs to life. Obviously with a large project like this there will be snags, or small issues, but these were all dealt with the highest of professionalism and customer care.
We wouldn’t have the slightest hesitance in thoroughly recommending Britannia for your new kitchen, and would be surprised if you could get a better design and service.

When Barnaby visited and started talking about the various design options we knew that Britannia Design was the company for us. Having visited the showroom while we were out shopping we were really impressed with the quality of the kitchens and options available. We didn’t know what we wanted to do with the layout but Barnaby was so helpful and planned out a kitchen we would never have thought of. Once we’d decided it was just a matter of waiting for the guys to come in and fit the kitchen. The work took a couple of weeks or so and they always made sure they left it clean each day. We couldn’t be more pleased with the kitchen, it’s really great and we can’t praise Barnaby and the team enough.
